Seafood Marketing Symposium and Queensland Seafood Industry Awards 2017

The Queensland Seafood Marketers Association has traditionally hosted the Queensland Seafood Industry Awards and will again host them on Friday June 30th 2017 at Rydges Southbank in Brisbane.

As is the case in previous years, State Award winners will go on to the National Seafood Awards at Seafood Directions in September 2017. Full details of Award Categories and nomination forms are available on the QSMA website.

In addition the QSMA committee has decided to run a one day seafood marketing symposium at Rydges South Bank on the same day. We are seeking speakers with extensive experience in every step in the supply chain from the initial catch to the final consumer, both domestic and export.

We are pleased to advise that we have sourced our keynote speaker for the symposium. He is Gavin Gibbons the head of the National Fisheries Institute Communications Area, USA.
