Lunar New Year collaboration to celebrate Queensland seafood

QSMA Member Collaboration with QLD Department of Primary Fisheries to promote Queensland seafood.

Celebrating Queensland Seafood and Lunar New Year, our member The Fish Girl in collaboration with the Queensland Dept of Primary Industries are showcasing Queensland’s premium wild catch and aquaculture seafood through a special five “Lunar New Year” recipes series promoted via the DPI’s Fisheries Queensland and The Fish Girl’s social media channels.

This year five of Queensland’s finest chefs have created 5 dishes that celebrate prosperity, longevity, and abundance – all through local seafood. These dishes honour culture, heritage and the incredible seafood harvested from our Queensland waters.
