Convenient pre-packaged seafood is under represented on our retail shelves. Appealing to consumers whose shopping habits and behaviours are changing and influenced by attitudes to packaging and food waste is challenging. This presentation will look at consumer drivers and emerging technologies from international markets shaping retail shelves into the future.
